- •You retain ownership of content you upload for AI analysis
- •We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models
8. Intellectual Property

8.2 You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings, etc.) but grant us a license to use, display, and process this content as necessary to provide our services.
9. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

- • Uninterrupted or error-free service
- • The conduct or trustworthiness of any user
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexa Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or damages resulting from interactions with other users.
11. Termination
