How to report issues and our resolution process

What Should Be Reported
Please report any content or behavior that violates our community standards:
Scam/Fraud
Fake job postings, phishing attempts, or requests for money
Spam
Repeated postings, irrelevant content, or promotional material
Misleading Content
Inaccurate job descriptions, fake companies, or bait-and-switch tactics
Discrimination
Job requirements that discriminate based on protected characteristics
Inappropriate Content
Offensive language, harassment, or unprofessional behavior
Other Violations
Any other content that violates our terms of service
How to Report
Option 1: Report Button
Click the "Report" button on any job listing to flag it for review. You'll be asked to select a reason and provide additional details.
Option 2: Email Report
Send a detailed report to [email protected] with the job posting link and description of the issue.
Option 3: Contact Support
For urgent matters or complex disputes, contact our support team directly for immediate assistance.
Our Review Process
Report Received
ImmediateYour report is logged in our system and assigned a ticket number
Initial Review
Within 24 hoursOur team reviews the report and gathers relevant information
Investigation
1-3 business daysWe investigate the reported content and contact parties if needed
Resolution
Within 5 business daysAction is taken and all parties are notified of the outcome
Possible Outcomes
Based on our investigation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning issued to the violating party
- Content removal or editing
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account ban
- Referral to law enforcement (in severe cases)
- Report dismissed if no violation found
Appeals Process
If you believe a decision was made in error, you can appeal within 14 days of receiving the notification. To appeal, email [email protected] with your ticket number and additional information supporting your case.
Appeals are reviewed by a senior team member not involved in the original decision. You will receive a response within 7 business days.
Reporter Protection
All reports are treated confidentially. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the reported party. Retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
