Required Company Information

Every employer must provide:

Legal company name
Company website (with matching email domain)
Industry/sector
Company size (number of employees)
Headquarters location
Brief company description

Job Posting Requirements

What to Include

  • Clear, accurate job title that reflects the role
  • Detailed job description with responsibilities
  • Required qualifications and skills
  • Salary range or compensation information (strongly recommended)
  • Work location and remote/hybrid options
  • Employment type (full-time, part-time, contract)
  • Application deadline if applicable
  • Benefits and perks offered

Prohibited Content

  • Misleading job titles or descriptions
  • Positions requiring upfront payment from applicants
  • Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme opportunities
  • Jobs with discriminatory requirements (age, gender, religion, etc.)
  • Commission-only roles disguised as salaried positions
  • Fake jobs used to collect personal information
  • Adult content or illegal activities
  • Duplicate or near-duplicate postings
  • Jobs that don't clearly identify the hiring company
